We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced B2B this role you will drive business growth by managing team performance improving customer retention and supporting revenue expansion through renewals upselling and account growth strategies.
You will play a key leadership role by coaching and mentoring team members building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What You Will Do:
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive revenue growth through renewals upselling and expansion opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews coaching sessions and development planning for team members.
Monitor sales productivity and support the team in resolving challenges and closing opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Analyze sales performance trends and pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Develop and implement effective sales coaching and training initiatives.
Manage team incentive programs and performance-based initiatives.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or people management.
Proficiency in English is mandatory. Any other language is strong advantage.
Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong coaching leadership and team management skills.
Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
Familiarity with AI tools and high-performance sales methodologies is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Strong leadership collaboration and change management capabilities.
