Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced B2B this role you will drive business growth by managing team performance improving customer retention and supporting revenue expansion through renewals upselling and account growth strategies.
You will play a key leadership role by coaching and mentoring team members building strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals upselling and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews coaching sessions and development planning for team members.
- Monitor sales productivity and support the team in resolving challenges and closing opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Analyze sales performance trends and pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales coaching and training initiatives.
- Manage team incentive programs and performance-based initiatives.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or people management.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Any other language is strong advantage.
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong coaching leadership and team management skills.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
- Familiarity with AI tools and high-performance sales methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
