Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Developer to support upcoming interactive visual and real-time production projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Unreal Engine for game development real-time rendering virtual production simulations immersive environments or similar creative technology projects.
This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable building high-quality visually engaging experiences and can work closely with creative technical and production teams to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop build and optimize projects using Unreal Engine.
Create interactive experiences real-time environments simulations or game-ready scenes.
Support projects involving game development virtual production real-time rendering or immersive media.
Work with 3D assets lighting materials animations camera systems and visual effects within Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with producers designers artists and technical teams to execute project goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance across platforms.
Integrate assets plugins blueprints and code as needed.
Maintain clean project organization and follow production timelines.
Provide technical recommendations to improve workflow performance and visual quality.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience developing projects in Unreal Engine.
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
Game development
Real-time rendering
Virtual production
3D environments
Simulations
Interactive media
AR/VR/XR experiences
Strong understanding of Unreal Engine workflows including Blueprints lighting materials cameras and level design.
Ability to review project requirements and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to visual and technical detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a remote or production-based team.
Portfolio demo reel or examples of previous Unreal Engine work required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Blueprints and/or C in Unreal Engine.
Background in game development film broadcast media production architecture visualization or virtual production.
Experience with Sequencer MetaHumans Niagara VFX real-time lighting motion capture or cinematic workflows.
Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender Maya Cinema 4D or 3ds Max.
Experience optimizing scenes for performance rendering or interactive deployment.
Understanding of multiplayer systems animation systems UI or gameplay mechanics is a plus.
