Scheduler Payroll Specialist
Job Summary
The Lodge at Historic Lewes is seeking an organized and communicative Scheduler/Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring high-quality resident care by developing managing and maintaining optimal staffing addition to scheduling this position supports the accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Develop and manage daily bi-weekly and monthly schedules for resident services team members ensuring regulatory compliance and proper staffing levels.
- Communication: Proactively communicate schedule changes open shifts and policies to staff; keep management informed of staffing issues.
- Payroll & Attendance: Monitor team member time and attendance records and assist with accurate timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- Administration: Respond to payroll/timekeeping inquiries maintain staff confidentiality and track FMLA/LOA/Workers Compensation in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is required.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling/payroll software is a plus.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills strong organizational skills high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit stand and walk frequently.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs consistently and assist with heavier loads occasionally (up to 250 lbs with assistance).
