The Role
The Talent Acquisition function at Thornton Tomasetti is a strategic partner to the business focused on leveraging leading technology and innovative sourcing strategies to attract the next generation of talent across our global offices.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will play a key role in building our early careers pipeline supporting the recruitment of interns and entry-level professionals. You will partner closely with business leaders universities and candidates to deliver a seamless engaging recruitment experiencewhile helping to shape the future of our engineering teams.
We are a proactive self-sourcing Talent Acquisition team using direct outreach campus engagement and AI-driven tools to identify and attract high-potential talent early in their careers.

What youll do
Partner with business leaders to understand early careers hiring needs and workforce plans
Support and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interns and entry-level roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities student groups and early talent networks
Leverage Workday Recruiting to manage applications track candidates and ensure data accuracy
Utilize CRM tools and AI-driven automation through our Phenom platform to engage early talent pipelines
Proactively source and engage students and recent graduates through events outreach and digital platforms
Coordinate and support campus events career fairs and virtual engagement initiatives
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance early careers programs processes and systems
What youll bring
02 years of experience in recruiting HR or a related field (internship experience welcomed)
Interest in Talent Acquisition early careers or university recruiting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with students universities and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working with technology and systems; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday) is a plus
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Compensation
The rate for this position generally is$70000-$ range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same pay rates may vary from the range as permitted byNew YorkEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors including operational needs individual education qualifications and experience work location and comparison to employee already in the role as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employees pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.Benefits
