HR and Recruitment Administrator

Supporting over 1000 airlines across 100 countries we are continuing to grow our Bulgaria operation and are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career within HR and recruitment in the aviation industry.

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas

• Posting vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels

• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication

• Supporting onboarding and new starter administration

• Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately

• Preparing contracts letters and HR documentation

• Assisting with employee lifecycle administration including probation reviews absence tracking and leaver processes

• Supporting recruitment campaigns careers events and employer branding activity

• Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver a positive employee and candidate experience

• Supporting HR reporting and general administrative tasks

• Previous experience within HR recruitment administration or coordination

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communication skills in both written and spoken English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

• A proactive and professional approach

• Experience within aviation engineering logistics or international business environments would be advantageous
