At AJW Group we are world-leading specialists in the supply exchange maintenance repair and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Supporting over 1000 airlines across 100 countries we are continuing to grow our Bulgaria operation and are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career within HR and recruitment in the aviation industry.
What youll be doing
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
Posting vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Supporting onboarding and new starter administration
Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately
Preparing contracts letters and HR documentation
Assisting with employee lifecycle administration including probation reviews absence tracking and leaver processes
Supporting recruitment campaigns careers events and employer branding activity
Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver a positive employee and candidate experience
Supporting HR reporting and general administrative tasks
Job requirements
About you
Previous experience within HR recruitment administration or coordination
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills in both written and spoken English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
A proactive and professional approach
Experience within aviation engineering logistics or international business environments would be advantageous
