Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lead Selenium Tester to oversee quality assurance efforts across complex high-impact projects. This role requires strong leadership experience hands-on automation expertise and the ability to manage testing activities within a dynamic matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience working on complex projects including at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst involving documentation reviews and stakeholder approvals of test results using industry-standard methodologies
• 84 months of experience in client-focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains in a matrix organization
• 60 months of experience in developing test plans test cases defect tracking and automated testing in a software development environment
• 60 months of experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira Jira plug-ins or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center
• 60 months of experience configuring automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium Katalon Studio or similar tools
• 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and execution preferably within the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities including planning execution and reporting
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
• Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
