We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time AR/AP Clerkto support our accounting department primarily focusing on accounts receivable and some accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will be organized accurate and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience and is looking for approximately 15 hours of part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
Reconcile vendor statements and Match purchase orders invoices and receipts

Accounts Receivable

Generate customer invoices
Record incoming payments and apply to customer accounts
Monitor outstanding balances
Follow up on past-due accounts professionally
Reconcile customer accounts

General Accounting Support

File and organize accounting documentation
Support other administrative/accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
13 years of AR/AP bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in printing industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of general accounting principles
