The VPIntegrated Investmentis an expert in digital marketing andbuying across all digital channels and is a thought leader on emerging practices. They should be highlyvisibleand a representation (both internally and externally) of the best HMI has to offerprovidingagencyPOVsand providing clients with thought leadership onthe latest most relevant topics.The VPs core responsibility is to ensure excellent relationships aremaintainedbetween clients internal agency contacts and external agency partners.They also lead departmental projectsandrepresent the agency at industry events providing learningsand actionabletakeaways back tothe agency.In this role you mustmaintainbalanced work structures and staff resources while building a high-performing team.The VPisexpected to lean-in to new businessandparticipatein RFI submissions and pitch work.
AccountManagement- 60%
Maintain a positive and efficient relationship with clients internal agency contacts and external agency partners
A thorough understanding of theintegratedmedia landscape;linearvideo audio social SEM SEO mobile programmatic connected TV gaming augmented reality Affiliate Influencer and Analytics
Management of multiple accounts/ teams. Strong skills as a manager with the ability to mentor coach and support. Encourage an environment of collaboration and entrepreneurship
Guide clients and internal teams in education of evolving concepts andintegratedexecutions within the industry acting as trusted and sought out resource for clients and agency team members
Lead Performance Coach process byidentifyingoverall team goals and ensuring individual team goals cascade. Optimizeresource management
Track and ensure ALL client savings goals are achieved
Department Responsibilities- 25%
Advocate for HMI initiatives/ resourcesi.e.Analytics team HX Where/Why teams etc.
Lead departmental projectswhich include but are not limitedto:agency deals POVs process creation etc.
Support fellow HMI digital leadership by sharingknowledgei.e.case studies process etc.
Participation/ attendance at industry conferences speaking events and committees
Lead submission for awards
New Business- 15%
Actively involved in written RFI responses and case studies
Lead/participatein new business pitches

Preferred Skills & Experience
10 years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding digital media account projects acting as a client contact
Clear understanding of building brands and driving acquisition and how they connect
Extensive experience leadingdirect client interactionand relationships
Previousexperience working in a cross-functionalcapacity liaising with Account Management leadership
Experienced buyer oflinear television and CTV
Well-versed in todays privacy landscape includingthe use of established and emergingcookielesssolutions to reach consumers
Knowledgeable inDMP/CDPs; experience working withagency data platforms
Expert in negotiating and constructing digital media plans with understanding of planningbuyingand activation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas
Strong experience and principles navigating cross-department relationships
Leadership and supervisory experience in terms of developing media professionals including strategic and people managementskills

Salary Range
$165000.00 - $220000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role. As an organization we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
