Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
This position primarily provides assistance andsupportfor the processing and filing of Student registration fees paperwork and information in the Business Office. Answering phones registration questions andhelpingBusiness Office Account fund managers with filing and possible processing of paperwork and batches.
Hours/Shift/Work Schedule:
This position would be a part time temporary position from Beginning of June through mid-August (June 1stthrough August 17th).
The weeks in June would only need 10- to 20-hours per week ofwork.
On average there are about 3 to 4 weeks during thesummerthat would need about 25 to 30-hours ofwork/helpper week. (2 of these weeks are usually in July and 2 of these weeks are the August Move-in week and the week before move-in week)
The times listed in theschedule below are thetimes that the summer help is needed in the office.
All work is on campus. No remote work for this position.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help process Student fee reduction applications.
- File last of FY26 student fee paperwork/statements.
- Class of 2029 Seat Reservation fees organized (Find student ID #s clear in Power-school etc) and put labels on new student file folders.
- Process and input FY27 Student Fee payments into the financial system.
- File and organize End of Year FY26 and start of year FY27 paperwork and payment information.
- Process and clear Student Obligation fee payments from MySchoolBucks.
- Answer Student Fee registration questions for parents and students.
- Helpprepare and organize materials for Registration/Move-In day in August.
- AssistBusiness Office with Registration/Move-In days in August.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
- Earned High School diploma preferable 1 to 2 years towards college degree.
- Intermediate customer support background and experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve problems professionally and quickly.
- Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
- Highly organized flexible and detail orientated.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in an office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. This work requires the following physical activities: sitting walking bending stooping finger dexterity repetitive motions talking hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
