Job Summary
A well-established purpose-led organisation is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to own the full finance function and provide strong financial leadership.
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end financial operations reporting and controls
Deliver accurate management accounts budgets forecasts and variance analysis
Oversee audits statutory compliance and donor/grant reporting
Manage cashflow assets and financial risk
Lead and develop a small finance team
Skills & Experience:
5 years financial management experience (non-profit experience a plus)
2 years management experience of a small team (2-5 people)
Strong working knowledge of SA tax compliance and IFRS for SMEs
Advanced Excel skills and solid accounting system experience
Detail-driven ethical and commercially minded
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (professional qualification advantageous)
