Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within the ITS Business Segment in India. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives focused on digital transformation and cloud adoption.

The Senior ABM Manager will own the end-to-end execution of territory ABM programs working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for strategic accounts in the Indian market. This role requires strong project management skills analytical capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while building strategic partnerships across enterprise technology solutions.


Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts in the ITS Business Segment in India
Design and implement multi-touch multi-channel ABM programs that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys
Create personalized engagement strategies for target accounts including executive roundtables customer events and bespoke content experiences
Plan and execute strategic events including executive briefings industry forums and account-specific workshops to drive engagement and pipeline acceleration
Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop account plans and coordinate marketing activities that support account penetration and expansion
Leverage intent data and account intelligence to identify engagement opportunities and optimize campaign tactics
Analyze campaign performance at the account level and provide strategic data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization
Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to deliver high-impact ABM programs and events

- Experience building executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
- 9 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment high-tech products/services
- 9 years in account-based marketing field marketing or demand generation with demonstrated success in enterprise account engagement
- Proven experience developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong event management experience including executive events customer forums and account-specific experiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to align marketing activities with account strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance optimization and account-level measurement
- Advanced understanding of the Indian enterprise market and business landscape

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience in stakeholder management including influencing executive level global leaders
- Experience developing and implementing systems and tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting sales force automation or equivalent
- Experience in technology-related sales marketing or business development
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Strong vendor and agency relationship management skills
- Track record of building and scaling ABM programs from pilot to full production
