Major Duties:
1. Dialogue with partners and business units to ensure satisfaction and understanding of our process and available services.
2. Interacts with business partners and vendors to formulate and implement strategy and solutions to enhance existing services create new efficiencies and improve processes.
3. Carries out complex activities with significant financial vendor and/or internal business impact
4. May have direct interaction with various levels in Management
5. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
6. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other market data functions.
7. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
8. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
9. Invoice Processing & Reconciliations
10. Handling vendor and internal BU & EMD partner inquiries
11. Analysis of inventory & pricing vs contract terms
12. Managing BU level approvals.
13. Task Management in Optimize Spend (our 3rd party inventory & expense management tool)
Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Technical skills / systems knowledge is required
Experience:
Graduation or above degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
0 to 1 year of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Familiarity with various global exchanges and terminal products.
Shift Coverage: EMEA - 1:30PM to 10:30PM IST
