Join our Data & AI Specialist team in Japan as a Sr. Analytics Specialist where youll bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and business strategy. Youll own the complete data conversationfrom raw pipelines to executive boardroomsserving as the trusted expert who translates technical possibilities into compelling business outcomes for our customers.

技術的に複雑なデータ要件を経営層が意思決定できるビジネスストーリーに変換する
お客様固有の課題とゴールに寄り添った提案書を作成しシステムインテグレーターと協力して包括的なデータソリューションをデザインする

Own the end-to-end data conversation by engaging across the full data stack building trust with data engineers infrastructure teams and executive leaders alike
Define and execute account-level go-to-market strategies for analytics technologies leveraging our broader sales team and partner ecosystem
Serve as the primary analytics specialist within your accounts leading all customer engagements and providing expert guidance on data platform architecture modernization and strategy
Translate complex data engineering and infrastructure requirements into compelling business value narratives for business leaders and executives
Develop tailored insight-driven proposals that address each customers specific data challenges and business goals while collaborating with system integrators to design comprehensive data solutions

As a Sr. Analytics Specialist youll navigate across the full data landscape connecting with data engineers infrastructure teams and business leaders within your accounts. Your day might include architecting a data modernization strategy with a customers technical team in the morning then presenting that same strategy to their executives in the afternoontranslating infrastructure complexity into clear business value. Youll collaborate with our sales teams and partner ecosystem to design end-to-end solutions while also gathering customer insights that directly shape our product roadmap. Your work spans account planning opportunity identification and strategic pursuits always staying connected to what customers need to transform their data capabilities.

- 7年以上のソフトウェアクラウドまたはSaaS領域での直販営業もしくはビジネスデベロップメントの経験経営層への提案販売経験を含む
- 5年以上のデータエンジニアリングデータベースエンジニアリングBIまたはビジネスアナリティクスのいずれかの実務経験
- 技術チームビジネスサイド双方と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り要件定義やデータ戦略を明確に伝達できる力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- 7 years of direct sales or business development experience in software cloud or SaaS markets including selling to executive-level stakeholders
- 5 years of Data engineering database engineering business intelligence or business analytics experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with users technical teams and management to collect requirements describe data modeling decisions and articulate data engineering strategy
- Business-level fluency in Japanese
