The Verve Hotel Boston Natick Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking aFood & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service adherence to operational standards and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant lounge and banquet service staff
- Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions
- Assist with training mentoring and evaluating team members
- Ensure service standards cleanliness and appearance guidelines are maintained
- Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support administrative duties shift reports and departmental meetings
- Enforce cash handling and closing procedures
- Maintain high visibility during service periods
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting
- Outlet and banquet experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk lift (3550 lbs) and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment
- Strong communication leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems
