The Verve Hotel Boston Natick Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking aFood & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service adherence to operational standards and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant lounge and banquet service staff
Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions
Assist with training mentoring and evaluating team members
Ensure service standards cleanliness and appearance guidelines are maintained
Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Support administrative duties shift reports and departmental meetings
Enforce cash handling and closing procedures
Maintain high visibility during service periods
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting
Outlet and banquet experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to stand walk lift (3550 lbs) and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment
Strong communication leadership and guest service skills
Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems
Benefits
Compensation: $22.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
