Job Summary
The Title Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all title and registration processes while managing the daily operations of the title and cashier office. This role requires strong attention to detail leadership skills and the ability to adapt to evolving processes within the organization. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle title paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and legal requirements
- Resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions
- Communicate with customers and answer any title-related inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to streamline processes
- Stay up to date with industry changes and best practices
Requirements:
- Must submit a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in vehicle title processing
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and legal requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
