Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across an enterprise of insurance brokerage agencies. This highly visible role drives the initiation planning execution and closure of complex multi-year transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with project sponsors and senior leadership to define project scope objectives success criteria and governance including development of project charters.
Plan and execute complex enterprise-level initiatives from initiation through implementation and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including task breakdowns resource allocation schedules and dependencies.
Establish and manage project budgets resource requirements and financial tracking.
Lead cross-functional teams across IT operations finance compliance and external vendors.
Oversee system integrations including data migration testing and go-live activities.
Identify assess and manage project risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Develop and execute communication and reporting plans for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Monitor project performance to ensure on-time on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
Ensure project documentation is complete accurate and securely maintained.
Evaluate project outcomes and support business adoption and value realization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
5 years of project or program management experience
Experience leading enterprise system integrations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred
Insurance brokerage operations
PMP Certification
Required Experience:
Senior IC
