Internal employees: Set to your account to internal before applying at Purpose: To provide comprehensive high-quality support training and services in the areas of functional behavioral assessment positive behavior support plan development verbal behavior assessment and behavioral consultation to address behavior needs of students in their least restrictive environment. The BCBA will conduct thorough behavioral evaluations and provide targeted evidence-based interventions and strategies to campus teams. Education/Certification: Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience: Other Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise and evaluate the performance of behavioral/Autism specialist(s) and behavior team paraprofessionals as assigned by the Director of Special Education in accordance with Board Policy and Procedures. Evaluation Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of Professional Supervisor Personnel.
