Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for a specialty and emergency hospital. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with protected administrative time focusing on medical excellence team development and hospital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across specialty and emergency services

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $180000$275000 based on specialty experience and production
- Additional Medical Director stipend

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Board certification in a veterinary specialty (such as emergency internal medicine surgery or a related specialty) strongly preferred
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in the practicing state
- Previous leadership experience or a strong interest in clinical leadership
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and excellent client communication
