Board-Certified Specialty Veterinary Medical Director

Seeking an experienced Veterinary Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for a specialty and emergency hospital. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with protected administrative time focusing on medical excellence team development and hospital growth.

• Provide clinical leadership across specialty and emergency services
• Establish and maintain medical standards protocols and best practices
• Mentor veterinarians interns and support staff
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning recruitment and service development
• Maintain an active clinical caseload within your area of expertise

• Base salary: $180000$275000 based on specialty experience and production
• Additional Medical Director stipend

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
