Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Qualifications:
UniversityBachelorsdegreeis required; MBA in Science&/or Business Managementis preferred
8-10years of experience in Sales or Marketing Leadership &/or Key Account Managementis required
3-5 years of people management experience is required
A minimum of25% travelrequired(flying and driving)
Experience in MedTech Pharma SaaS within life-sciencesor Biotechis preferred
Knowledge of AItools MS Dynamics & Co-pilot is preferred
French language skills strongly preferred

Responsabilités clés :
Gestion stratégique des parties prenantes :Responsable de la gestion globale des principales parties prenantes jouant un rôle déterminant dans lévolution du paysage des soins de santé et laccès à linnovation.
Gestion déquipe et développement des talents :Développer et diriger une équipe afin datteindre des objectifs daffaires à court et à long terme et de bâtir des relations stratégiques au sein des réseaux de soins de santé.
Réussite des appels doffres :Responsable des stratégies globales dappels doffres en collaboration avec les leaders des Ventes et du Marketing de lunité daffaires afin dassurer des résultats gagnants.
Transformation commerciale :Responsable de stimuler ladoption des principales initiatives internes de transformation commerciale.
Initiatives de croissance stratégique :Diriger de nouvelles occasions de croissance en élaborant des modèles de mise en marché incluant sans sy limiter les technologies habilitantes et les marchés privés.
Haute direction :Contribuer à façonner la trajectoire de DePuy Synthes au Canada en étant un membre actif de son équipe de direction
Soutenir les initiatives du Marketing

Qualifications :
Baccalauréat universitaire requis; MBA en sciences et/ou en gestion des affaires est préféré
8 à 10 ans dexpérience en leadership des Ventes ou du Marketing et/ou en gestion de comptes clés requis
3 à 5 ans dexpérience en gestion de personnel requis
Un minimum de 25 % de déplacements requis (avion et voiture)
Expérience en MedTech pharma SaaS dans les sciences de la vie ou en biotechnologie est préférée
Connaissance des outils dIA de MS Dynamics et de Copilot est préférée
Une maîtrise du français est vivement souhaitée.
