Description

This position oversees daily operations of the resorts; assists the General Manager with handling all guest and team member issues effectively while keeping the resort running smoothly.



Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates commitment and dedication to our Inspired Hospitality culture and Hilton Values.

  • Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations investigating and resolving complaints and initiating corrective action as required.

  • Monitor resort operations performance through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems daily weekly and monthly financial reports department operation efficiencies and initiating appropriate action as required.

  • Assists the General Manager with the development of short and long term financials operations plans and budgets for the resort by department which support the overall corporate objectives.

  • Ensures that the established preventative maintenance program protect the physical assets of the resort is effective; oversees the efficient use of the maintenance software system and daily monitoring of work orders response time and status of service.

  • Monthly profit and loss analysis with direct reports to plan strategies for those areas requiring improvement.

  • Tours the property daily; perform regular daily room inspections to ensure superior quality for members owners and guests.

  • Works with yield management to maximize room inventory utilization and revenue.

  • Daily review of security and incident reports; oversees the efficient incident reporting.

  • Manages staff accommodation operations including inspections lease administration rent collection rent payment tracking move-ins move-outs and maintenance coordination.

  • Oversees LightStay sustainability reporting ensuring accurate and timely entry of environmental and operational data in accordance with Corporate requirements.

  • Maintains and oversees the propertys Safety and Security Program ensuring all required documentation assessments training records inspections and compliance materials are completed collected and uploaded in accordance with Corporate standards.

  • Maintains a positive working relationship with all business partners including marketing concierge inventory control corporate support departments and third party vendors.

  • Maintains internal two-way interdepartmental communication systems and procedures to reach all team members and departments as necessary.

  • Develops and fosters professional relationships with members owners and guests to establish a climate of trust confidence and mutual respect.

  • Complies with all quality assurance guidelines and achieve prescribes goals during annual audits.

Compensation: $82000.00 - $91000.00 CAD per year. This role is alo eligible for annual performance bonuses.



Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience.

  • 4 years of management or supervisory experience.

  • First Aid Certification.

  • CPR/AED Certification (Adult Infant and Child Rescue).

  • Valid Drivers License (non-commercial) must be location specific.
