This is where you come in were looking for a Finance Manager to add to our Team!

Summary:

This role is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports maintaining key performance dashboards and assisting with a variety of financial projects across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Microsoft Excel worksheets to assist with complex financial analysis
• Assist with monthly internal reporting and quarterly SEC reporting
• Analyze current data including through the use of AI to assist the Finance department and Corporate oversight
• Utilize ERP systems for monthly close and reporting
• Utilize OpenAI Codex and Power BI for daily and monthly reporting to create actionable insight
• Work collaboratively with other departments and subsidiaries
• Other financial duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
• Five or more years of full-time applicable experience
• Experience in public accounting and/or within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience working with ERP systems to support financial analysis and reporting
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently on projects
• Positive Attitude
