Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Clerk to support the daily operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks maintain records coordinate office activities and provide support to property managers agents and office staff to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing scanning copying and data entry.
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and assist clients tenants and visitors professionally.
- Maintain and organize real estate files contracts lease agreements and office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments meetings and property showings.
- Prepare documents reports spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Update client tenant and property information in company databases or CRM systems.
- Support billing invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks when required.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist property managers and real estate agents with administrative support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and courier services.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative clerical or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) data entry and office systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
