We are seeking a professional and highly organized Remote Front Desk Receptionist to support our real estate company. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients tenants and vendors through phone email and online communication. The ideal candidate will manage virtual front desk operations schedule appointments and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls emails and online inquiries.
- Greet and assist clients virtually in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments property showings and meetings for agents and staff.
- Coordinate communication between clients tenants vendors and real estate agents.
- Maintain and update client tenant and property records in CRM or company systems.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry document preparation and filing (digital).
- Manage calendars schedules and reminders for the team.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Assist with sending documents contracts and forms electronically.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in receptionist administrative support or customer service roles preferred.
- iciency in:
- Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Email and scheduling tools (Google Calendar Outlook Calendar CRM systems)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
