Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Remote Dispatcher to support our real estate operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and dispatching agents vendors maintenance staff and service providers for property showings inspections repairs and client requests. The ideal candidate will ensure timely communication efficient scheduling and smooth coordination of daily field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch real estate agents maintenance technicians inspectors and vendors to assigned properties.
- Coordinate property showings inspections repairs and emergency service requests.
- Assign and update work orders in scheduling or dispatch systems.
- Communicate job details locations and instructions clearly to field staff.
- Track status of ongoing assignments and provide real-time updates to management.
- Respond to incoming requests from clients tenants and property managers.
- Prioritize urgent requests such as maintenance issues or time-sensitive showings.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs schedules and service records.
- Follow up with field staff to confirm job completion and report outcomes.
- Coordinate with scheduling leasing and property management teams.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in dispatching scheduling service or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and scheduling or dispatch software (CRM systems a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
