Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Solutions Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for helping homeowners identify understand and implement personalized home improvement or service solutions. Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home solutions (e.g. energy-saving upgrades security systems remodeling services smart home products).

Prepare and present customized quotes or proposals.

Educate clients on product features benefits warranties and financing options.

Coordinate with internal departments (installation logistics customer service) to ensure timely delivery and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales customer service or home improvement industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong consultative selling skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Valid drivers license (if field visits are required).

Background in solar energy HVAC security systems or smart home technology.

Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
