About the role
Working any five days from seven on an eighthour shift pattern youll support the daytoday customs clearance operation. This is a compliance focused detail driven role where accuracy organisation and communication are key.
You will be responsible for:
Completing customs declarations accurately and in line with regulations
Liaising with customers to gather information and resolve customs queries
Working with internal systems and structured processes to manage declarations
Ensuring documentation is complete compliant and submitted on time
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Supporting the team to maintain high service and compliance standards
Contributing to continuous improvement across customs processes
About you
Youll bring a strong clerical or administrative background with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Youll be organised methodical and comfortable working with structured processes and compliance driven tasks. Good communication skills are important as youll liaise regularly with customers and colleagues.
