About the role

Working Monday to Friday 08:3017:00 youll support local delivery and collection operations ensuring goods are moved safely efficiently and with a high level of customer service. This role offers variety including some van and Class 2 work and regular interaction with customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving Class 1 vehicles on scheduled delivery and collection routes

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

• Carrying out routine vehicle checks and ensuring legal compliance

• Planning routes to meet delivery schedules

• Providing a friendly professional service to customers

• Completing paperwork and transport documentation accurately

• Supporting van or Class 2 duties when required

About you

You will have a Class 1 HGV Licence with valid CPC and DIGI card. Additionally youll thrive in this role if youre reliable take initiative and manage your time well. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are key especially as this is a customerfacing position. Youll be joining a welcoming friendly and outgoing team where approachability and teamwork are highly valued.
