Job Summary

Make Work Flow builds software and hardware that make manufacturing visible in real time. Headquartered in Hamburg with our product engineering team in Amman we help factories see their production flow as it happens and act on it.

Were hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product for our core platform.

Tasks

Youll own the product roadmap for our flagship platform. Youll work closely with engineering design and the commercial team to decide what we build when and why. Youll turn customer needs into clear specs run prioritization and make sure the team is building the right things in the right order.

Own the product backlog and roadmap.
Write specs and PRDs that are clear complete and easy to build from.
Run sprint planning and product reviews with engineering.
Synthesize customer and market signal into product decisions.
Work cross-functionally with engineering design and commercial.

Requirements

58 years in product management ideally in B2B SaaS.
Youve shipped products that real customers depend on.
Strong written English you write specs engineers actually read and customer-facing language that non-technical users understand.
Comfortable with both technical conversations and commercial ones.
Bias to clarity. You write things down and leave a trail.
Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team.
