We are a fast-growing medical device startup on a mission to help millions of people manage jaw pain clenching and TMJ disorders. We are currently in the pre-seed stage and scaling quickly. Were looking for a hungry Performance Marketing Manager (Working Student or Freelance) who wants to own paid acquisition and grow with us. If youre a German speaker living in a sunny spot like Spain or Portugal (or anywhere else remote) and you know how to make ads convert lets talk.

• Own the Funnel: Manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok from end-to-end.
• Optimize & Scale: Set up tracking monitor KPIs test new creatives daily scale the winners and kill the losers.
• Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the founders and our content creator to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad assets.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up your workflow from copywriting to data analysis and creative iteration.
• Reporting: Keep us in the loop with clear data on whats working and where were headed next.

• Languages: Native-level/Fluent German (essential for our core market) and fluent English.
• Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience running paid ads with measurable results (show us the numbers).
• Tech Savvy: You dont just know AI; its a core part of your daily toolkit.
• Mindset: Youre proactive data-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced pre-seed startup environment.
