Order Management Specialist (mfd)

We are looking for an structured Specialist for our Order Management.

Your Tasks

• You will work in our Order Management team
• Your tasks will include checking and entering orders and processing them in German and English
• You will organize shipping and customs clearance for national and international deliveries
• Working closely with our customers and internal departments you will ensure that deliveries are made on time
• You will be responsible for invoicing orders

Your Strengths

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in order processing is desirable but technical knowledge is not required
• You have good MS Office skills
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You also have a careful and independent working style and are a good team player
• Ideally you have advanced knowledge of customs law
• Very good German skills are required good English skills are also important
• A class B drivers license is required
