Senior Software Developer AWS

Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions using Amazon Connect (contact flows routing agent experience analytics Contact Lens CTR data)
Develop AI-powered capabilities using Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock (agent assist automation summarization)
Build scalable event-driven applications using serverless and/or microservices architectures (Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB containers/EKS)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform)
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize performance security and reliability
Produce technical documentation and solution designs

Required Skills

Strong AWS development and cloud architecture experience
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
Experience with Amazon Q in Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock
Experience with serverless and/or container-based architectures
Knowledge of DevOps cloud security and monitoring best practices
