Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise-grade Appian applications supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable high-performing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient workflow automation and system integrations.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Appian applications interfaces and workflows
Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions
Develop integrations with enterprise systems such as APIs databases and OnBase
Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions
Ensure performance optimization scalability and reliability of applications
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate with architects business analysts and QA teams
Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects
Follow development standards governance and best practices
