Job Summary
As a Developer you play a key role in shaping high-quality digital solutions from concept to delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs challenges and desired outcomes.
- Translating business requirements into clear structured User Stories ensuring they are actionable and ready for development.
- Breaking features into development steps estimating the complexity and effort required for each component with precision.
- Actively participating in Sprint Planning and retrospectives contributing to continuous improvement and team alignment.
- Designing developing and documenting robust software components applying engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle.
- Reporting progress on a weekly basis providing transparency and enabling smooth coordination across the team.
- Ensuring high-quality on-time delivery consistently meeting commitments and respecting deadlines.
