Developer

This position offers 100% remote work. Please note however that candidates shortlisted for the final stage of the recruitment process will be required to attend an in-person interview at the clients premises in Brussels Belgium.

So what are the main responsibilities of a Developer in Netcompany 

As a  Developer you will:

• Design develop test and maintain robust scalable and secure applications using the .NET framework and modern software development practices.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications including front-end components (Angular or equivalent) back-end services (.NET) and database solutions.
• Design and implement cloud-first solutions leveraging cloud-native architectures and services for new application developments.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Dataverse ensuring seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
• Develop configure and maintain business workflows using Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN orchestration tools such as Flowable or equivalent platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture security standards and software development best practices.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:  

• University degree in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level or equivalent).
• Proven experience in .NET development with strong expertise in back-end application design and implementation.
• Solid experience in full-stack development including Angular (or an equivalent front-end framework) .NET and relational database technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing cloud-first applications and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

What would make you a strong asset for the role:  

• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Microsoft Dynamics and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and BPMN-based workflow orchestration tools such as Flowable.
