- Elicit document and validate business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement
- Develop detailed use cases process flows and both current-state and future-state workflows
- Create standardize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
- Manage and maintain recurring report schedules and inventories for operational efficiency
- Create and update report documentation including definitions and business rules
- Ensure timely accurate delivery of recurring reports and validate outputs with stakeholders
- Maintain audit readiness through comprehensive documentation and adherence to reporting standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics Public Administration or a related field
- 3 7 years of experience in business analysis data analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven track record in gathering and documenting requirements and processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a client-facing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools and reporting platforms
- Exposure to public sector or government projects
- Advanced process mapping or workflow optimization experience
