Job Summary

Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Phoenix AZ Jersey City NJ Adamsville RI (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of Data Engineer
Software development with AWS
Should have involved in end-to-end development life cycle (starting with requirements design development QA testing and implementation)
Should have worked in Agile model
Should know how to update JIRA confluence pages
Behavioral skills
Learning agility
Customer centricity
Persistence and consistence in work
Working in critical deliverables
Spark is must programming language (preferably Java)

Skills:

8 Years of Data Engineer experience
Data warehousing concepts
Scheduling Tool (Autosys or similar)
SQL proficiency
Unix basic commands
Cloud (AWS s3 lake formation athena)
Programming languages (Java spark scala python)
Either programming language or ETL tool
ETL tool (Talend)
Either programming language or ETL tool
Streaming (Kafka)
Basic understanding
Database (Snowflake Oracle Redshift Postgres)
At least worked any two databases
NoSQL (MongoDB)
