Job Summary
Job Description: Supports the gift card business at our client responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity. Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them. Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business. Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader our client. Must be fluent in Microsoft office products or google productivity suites specifically sheets and docs. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Associates degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years experience. Fluent in spreadsheets Has experience working in finance or financial models Experience building budget trackers Past background in tech a plus SQL experience a plus cost center- 632 New Business Verticals (632)
