Job Summary
**Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand.**
**ALL Candidates will be cross-credentialed at LewisGale Christiansburg ER & LewisGale Hospital-Montgomery.**
NPPA Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program.
Active unrestricted VA NP license and DEA w/VA address. NP-AANP or ANCC certified ACLS ATLS and PALS.
Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. Proof of completed CMEs for the last two years.
NP Malpractice $$$$M-8.1M *Increases every July*
PA - Active certification through NCCPA. ACLS ATLS and PALs.
Documentation of case logs for past two years. Proof of completed CMEs for the last two years.
