Job Summary
Job role: MCAD Support
Location: Cupertino CA
Duration of the project: Long term
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite
Key qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows OS
- Ability to identify triage and debug technical design issues arriving at root cause
- Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon / Omnissa Horizon Client
- User accounts management across multiple account types
- Troubleshooting SMB/CIFS network share access and managing mapped drives
- Application deployment & software management
- HPC Cluster Administration
- Knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint or similar tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English with an ability to work with different
- Thrives in a dynamic work environment both independently and as a part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter as well as the mechanical design workflow
- FEA & Simulation software knowledge such as Ansys products Maxwell HFSS EDT OpticStudio/Zemax Additive Suite EMC Plus
- Networking & VPN diagnosis
- Understanding of automated onboarding bots and experience debugging automation failures
