Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support the administration of contracts grants and grant-funded programs for veteran-focused services in Arizona.
- Assist with awarding community-based grants benefiting veterans and their families.
- Manage complex projects by coordinating grant and contract management compliance and oversight activities.
- Provide technical support for various veteran support programs (e.g. suicide prevention mental health employment trauma treatment training).
- Collaborate with agency staff and strategic partners to identify and pursue grant opportunities aligned with agency objectives.
- Receive and review VDF (Veterans Donation Fund) applications for compliance and present them to the review committee.
- Process and document veteran funding approvals and denials.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with agency policies.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for administrative tasks.
- Work a hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office (flexible) 3 days remote; Monday Friday 7:30am 4:30pm.
- Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience.
