Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Investigate and resolve Process issues
2. Own and lead Productivity improvement.
3. Create rolling capacity forecast and action plan to meet the demand
4. Lead Value stream mapping (VSM /MIFA) process for the value stream
5. Carryout periodic cycle time study and capacity revisit
6. Identify & lead process automation/ I4.0 projects
7. Carryout periodic shopfloor audit to ensure process standards
8. Create review periodically and maintain manufacturing documentation including PFMEA Control plan work instructions and standard operating procedures.
9. Lead ECN change implementation activities related to Production / shopfloor in PLM
10. Own and lead manufacturing change approval in PLM after validating the changes in production environment
11. Maintain BOM for the product
12. Create and maintain shop floor layouts tools and fixture CAD drawings
13. Support new product development activities
14. Own Facility requirements for production
Knowledge requirements
1. Experience in lean manufacturing systems
2. Experience in Industrial engineering
3. Hands on in PLM
4. Hands on in AutoCAD / Creo
5. Experience in SAP
6. Experience in ECN implementation
7. Experience in New product development
