Job Summary
- HR operation: Make sure HR day to day operations (hiring onboarding / exit attendance / payroll benefit admin performance management non-local worker management etc) are conducted in timely and accurate way;
- People management: Lead whole HR team effectively including HR teams in plants and tech center retain/develop talents in the team continuously upgrade the function skills of the team members
- Build Culture: Promote Diversity Equity & Inclusiveness (DEI) culture and carry out Corp Social Responsibilities; Drive a culture of Operational Excellence
- Communication: Promote effective and regular communication with all levels of employees; Promote branding t through various channels (website campus hiring etc)
