Job Description:
Customer Issue Resolution & RCA
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer-facing data and pipeline issues.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution for critical production issues.
- Own and manage production support activities for analytics and data platforms.
- Drive incident management processes including on-call support SLA adherence escalation handling and post-incident reviews.
- Improve overall platform reliability stability and operational efficiency.
- Design develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Ensure high availability fault tolerance and data integrity across distributed systems.
- Continuously optimize pipeline performance and data processing efficiency.
- Work closely with HCM BDC Analytics Customer Success and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver reliable data integrations.
- Ensure data consistency validation reconciliation and usability across platforms.
- Implement monitoring alerting logging and tracing mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Improve observability and operational visibility across data systems and microservices.
