Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities
Prepare dispatch documents invoices delivery challans and shipment records
Ensure timely packing and dispatch of materials/products
Coordinate with transporters drivers and warehouse teams
Track deliveries and update dispatch status regularly
Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records
Verify materials before dispatch to avoid shortages or errors
Handle customer and internal team coordination regarding deliveries
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during dispatch operations
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately
Time management and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in dispatch logistics warehouse or store operations preferred
Candidates with experience in handling material movement and documentation will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
