Job Summary
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met overseeing the development process and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities ensuring that the applications meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Additionally you will participate in meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that arise fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition API Testing.- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in developing and executing test cases and test scripts.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.- Need to work on Shift B(12:30pm till 10:00pm)
