Our Emergency Department isnt just a unit; its a community. We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services who is passionate about maintaining a culture of camaraderie high-acuity clinical excellence and approachable leadership.

Located in the heart of Lake Havasu our ED manages everything from high-acuity trauma and environmental emergencies to seasonal surges driven by our vibrant tourism and outdoor community. We are looking for a decisive critical-thinking RN leader to guide our team through these challenges while fostering the family atmosphere we are known for.

How youll contribute

AED Director who excels in this role:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department.

• Manages staff relations including performance management staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling staff development recruitment payroll and student engagements.

• Monitors departmental budgets regulatory compliance departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases monitors usage and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.

• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

• Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education:Masters degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred

• Certifications: BCLS ACLS PALS TNCC and Handle with Care

• Experience:Emergency Department nursing required. Proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department preferred.
