The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects by providing leadership and direction across one or more business units. Manage resources schedules financials and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full project life cycle. This also includes management of issues risks project change requests and communication to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Execute process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis verifies that the project produces the required deliverables with the desired level of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business Accountabilities:Strong ability to prioritize tasks set deadlines and secure and assign staff to various deliverables so that each project/change can hit the ground running with the best use of our a portfolio of initiatives Analyzes financial data of the portfolio including distribution and allocation of resources as well as the identification implementation and oversight of risk/issue management and appropriate management of critical dependencies escalating items as appropriate to leadership for timely that all processes related to a projects completion are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner while simultaneously upholding Lincolns set of to improve new and pre-existing processes continually reevaluate whether each project is meeting the applicable standards and engage in problem solving with guidance and support to other Project Managers on the team throughout the project/change lifecycle including ensuring accurate completion of documents reviewing and aiding outlining the project/changes scope budget resources and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately on a business and/or technical level as best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences including project team sponsors Operating Committee and key on project success criteria results metrics and management as an internal quality control check for other PMs the relationship with all internal/external project to navigate the politics and challenges of business transformation annual planning and other strategic planning efforts as Candidate Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experiencePMP or PMI Certification a plus10 years experience as a business project manager business analyst project coordinator or relatedM&A experience a plusAgile methodology experience delivering complex business solutionsUnderstand basic to advanced financial metricsDemonstrated ability to be innovative and an aptitude to drive and accept changeProven leadership skills and ability to make decisionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills presentation skillsExperience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment juggle multiple priorities and be adaptive to changeAbility to work as an effective team member across diverse levels and skillsetsStrong Knowledge of: MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint Visio; Power BI a plusLincoln Investment is an equal opportunity employer.
