Used Vehicle Sales Manager

Merit Chevrolet Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in St Paul this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the used vehicle sales process including inventory management pricing and merchandising.
• Lead train and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and internal departments.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Work closely with finance service and marketing teams to optimize overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager or in a similar automotive sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle market dynamics and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in automotive sales.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
