Position Overview:
This role serves as a senior project management leader responsible for establishing governance standards overseeing portfolio performance and driving the successful delivery of multiple initiatives. The position combines hands-on project execution with strategic oversight including executive reporting and mentorship of project managers to ensure alignment accountability and on-time delivery.

Position Overview:
This role serves as a senior project management leader responsible for establishing governance standards overseeing portfolio performance and driving the successful delivery of multiple initiatives. The position combines hands-on project execution with strategic oversight including executive reporting and mentorship of project managers to ensure alignment accountability and on-time delivery.
Duties:
- Develop and implement project governance policies standards and best practices
- Administer and oversee the project portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Lead requirements gathering efforts for multiple backlogged and upcoming projects
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously particularly within IT-focused environments
- Monitor project performance timelines risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide guidance mentorship and support to a team of project managers
- Serve as a senior escalation point to help resolve project issues and challenges
- Prepare and deliver status reports updates and presentations to CIO and executive leadership
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain transparency alignment and effective communication across initiatives
- 5 years of experience demonstrating a solid understanding of IT project management particularly supporting IT-related projects
