ABOUT YOU:
As a Senior Client Manager you will work as part of the client services team and be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects while building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
- Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
- Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas contact reports status reports timelines and other client facing documentation
- Confidently presenting and discussing briefs feedback proposals and financials with a client team
- Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
- Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets
- Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process recognising when to elevate any issues
- Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
- Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings forecasting and client purchase orders broaden your understanding of the client service discipline required
- Strategically contributing to brief content audits presentations and pitches

- A clear understanding of the design industry with a willingness to continue learning
